We are looking for an Electrical Engineer to work for a Design Firm, that specializes in designing a residential building, commercial buildings and villas.
The Candidate will be responsible to design the Electrical system for these kinds ofbuildings using the code followed in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from a reputable University.8-10 years of experience of Electrical systems (design+ supervision) for projects in KSAExcellent knowledge of local and international regulations (BS 7671, Saudi Building Code, Saudi Electricity Company Regulations, etc.).
Excellent command of design tools and software (CAD, Revit, Navisworks, Dialux, ETAP, etc.).
Ability to perform design value engineering.
Excellent knowledge of the products in the market and latest trends.
Managing electrical parts of construction projects.
Overseeing electrical work.
Undertaking surveys.
Setting out sites and organizing facilities.
Making sure budgets, timescales and project specifications are met.
Supervising contracted electrical staff.
Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to electrical design specifications and safety.
Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff.
Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings.
Very good knowledge of international codes and standards and for Saudi Arabian electrical and Civil Defense standards.
